I recently joined Kew Studios a small and unique studio hidden in Sandycombe Road in Kew. Its is a fantastic space and here I have started to expand my exploration into alternative photographic techniques; cyanotype. I first used this method of working for the installation work shown at South Hill Park – The Butterfly Project.
I will be showing some of my new works at Art House Open Studios in Richmond the weekend of 1-2 July when the studios will be opening its doors and inviting you in to see the space, but also an exhibition of some of the print makers that use the studios. There will be demonstrations of different printmaking techniques and I will be running mono-print workshops on the Sunday – so please come along and join us.
