I have been selected to exhibit as part of this exhibition Kingston Art 2018: My Muybridge.
Kingston Museum is proud to once again display the work of professional artists of Kingston, who are members of ASC Kingston, Fusion Art, KAOS and KINC. This year’s theme is My Muybridge, focusing on the Museum’s photographic collection of world renowned Kingston-born photographer and inventor Eadweard Muybridge (1830-1904). Muybridge pioneered movement studies and motion picture projection and his work continues to have an immense, wide-ranging influence on modern culture.

The work I am exhibiting was inspired by Muybridge: E35,000 investigates and captures a single moment in time. Challenging identity and the self, and the roles we all play in life to conform with the social norms.
